According to PDCA or DMAIC, we use the method of QC to analysis and consider how to get improvement.

We will have ISO14000 and ROHS certification , and also carry out the QCC two hours every week. Let the staff find and raise the opinions about quality managing based on the reports from each position, which can cultivate the employees’ sense of responsibility. The acvities include brain-storm, QC method, proposal of quality improvement, and QC competition etc.

We irregularly and methodically have trainings about the quality recognization during the whole process, and hold competitions among QCC quarterly, collecte pictures, slogans, or articles, as well as speeches .These activities can be all regarded as good ways for staff to gain more knowledge about quality.
